We are seeking knowledgeable health coaches to join our team. The position: m Doc is looking for a compassionate and skilled tele-health doctor to join our innovative healthcare team. In this role, you will provide high-quality virtual medical care to patients, leveraging technology to enhance access to healthcare services. Your expertise will play a vital role in promoting patient health and well-being through remote consultations and follow-up care. You must be digitally savvy, and data-driven such that you are looking constantly at your members' needs, responding to them and also looking at population-level data and coming up with ideas on how to drive continued engagement and adherence. We are looking for risk-takers with a lot of initiative who are willing to learn and grow with and add value to a startup company that wants to help people improve their health and wellness. You must be comfortable with technology, working remotely and supporting your groups of individuals remotely as well as in person. You must be responsive to their needs and willing to be adaptive. Key Responsibilities:
Patient Consultations: Conduct virtual consultations, assessments, and follow-up appointments using our Complete Health platform, ensuring high-quality patient care.
Diagnosis and Treatment: Evaluate patients’ medical conditions, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary, in accordance with established guidelines.
Referrals: Refer patients to the appropriate facilities for specialist care via Navi Health
Patient Education: Provide clear and thorough explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and self-care instructions to patients and their families.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in Complete Health app, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with interdisciplinary teams, including hub ambassadors, health coaches, and hub coordinator to coordinate patient care and optimize health outcomes.
Quality Improvement: Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives, providing feedback to enhance telehealth services and patient experience.
Continuing Education: Stay current with telehealth best practices, medical advancements, and relevant regulations to provide the highest standard of care.
Qualifications:
MB:BS degree with minimum of [1-3] years of clinical experience; experience in telehealth or remote patient care is preferred.
Must have a valid medical license to practice in Nigeria.
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
Proficiency in telehealth technology and EHR systems.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
