Our client is a leading service & retail-based company in Nigeria with a commitment to
providing the best electronic products, installation, and after-sales services. Due to expansion, they need a SERVICE ENGINEER (HVAC)
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
∙Examine existing facilities, utilities and site for renovation, reuse or
functional modifications.
∙Support development of budget estimates, justification for requests and
verify the already identified work/conditions submitted by facility managers
∙Ensure that schedules, inspections, materials, methods, and equipment used in
HVAC preventative maintenance, planning design, construction of ventilation
projects are appropriate
∙Support the initiation of projects or provide technical assistance in identifying
and/or verifying facility conditions, repair estimates and timetables
∙Supervising the service team to get timely updates and ensure proper
documentation
∙Coordination with OEM for ensuring the warranty claim process.
∙Pitch in for the AMC and spare part sales for prospective companies.
∙Stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
∙Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
∙Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills.
∙Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
∙Conduct site inspections to assess system conditions and requirements
∙Prepare detailed reports on system performance and maintenance activities.
Job Requirement:
∙Minimum 5 years related experience in HVAC Field (VRV Mandatory, Applied is
added advantage)
∙Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
∙Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various
backgrounds
∙Receptive to Travel
∙Resource Management & Project Management experience
