Service Engineer (AV & HA)
Our client is a leading service & retail-based company in Nigeria with a commitment to providing the best electronic products, installation, and after-sales services. Due to expansion, they need Service Engineer (AV & HA)
Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- Sound Knowledge on fixing and installing of AV (TV, LCD, Sound bar, DVD, mini-Speakers, Fan, MWO, SDA, Air Purifier, etc) & HA (board repairing of AC, WM, Fridge, Freezer, Etc).
- Able to troubleshoot component level defects on the PCBs and Panels of all the range of AV & HA products.
- Examine existing complains, unit and site to find appropriate fault. ∙Justify the reason of fault with facts & findings.
- Inventory management of used, non-used and defective parts.
- Provide excellent service to meet customer’s expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years related experience in AV Service (Board and Cheap set repairing Mandatory, Applied is added advantage)
- Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
- Receptive to Travel ∙Resource Management experience
