Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 40 per week
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a high standard of service and client satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate a team of stylists and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure adequate stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and salon policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing salon environment.
- Proven experience in salon management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of beauty industry trends and products.
- Proficient in salon software and basic financial management.
- Relevant beauty industry qualifications (e.g., cosmetology license) preferred.
