Interior Architect
Job Responsibilities:
Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
- Develop interior design concepts and plans for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to gather requirements and preferences.
- Prepare design drawings, specifications, and material selections.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project coordination and delivery.
- Select and coordinate furnishings, fixtures, and finishes.
- Oversee construction and installation processes to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design software.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, etc.).
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset.
