About Us:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Executive Director in managing their day-to-day activities and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the Executive Director’s business trips, ensuring all details are handled efficiently.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, initiatives, and events, maintaining timelines and deliverables.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Support the efficient operation of the office by managing supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and other relevant software.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must have experience working on the Island.
