Job Title: Personal Assistant to the School Director Location: Ikate, Lekki, Lagos. Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: School Director Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the School Director in managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the school's administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage the School Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director.
Document Management: Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain confidential files and records.
Curriculum: Assist the Director in planning the curriculum for each school year.
Communication: Act as a liaison between the School Director and staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders. Ensure effective communication of the Director’s instructions and policies.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, catering, and materials preparation.
Task Management: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while ensuring that deadlines are met. Provide reminders and follow-ups on pending tasks.
Research: Conduct research and compile information for reports, meetings, and decision-making.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve administrative issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to the Director's workflow.
* Qualifications:
Atleast 3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Must be a graduate.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A background in education or familiarity with school environments is a plus.
Male gender preferably for gender balance.
