Our client is a law firm and require a Personal Assistant to join their team. Position: Personal Assistant to Managing Partner Location: Abuja Responsibilities
Manage and respond to all correspondence including phone calls, emails and letters
Schedule appointments and organize diary entries.
Develop content and manage social media handles such as Linked In for the Managing Partner.
Plan and maintain the calendar and recurring tasks, arrange appointments, organize and set agendas and action points for meetings
Manage meetings, appointments and other important tasks and ensure a reminder is set for prompt attendance.
Manage and coordinate travel and hotel arrangements where necessary.
Take notes at meetings, prepare the minutes and distribute it to participants where applicable.
Liaise with other members of staff and external parties where necessary.
Requirements
First degree in Law with 2-3 years work related experience
Proven experience in handling social media handles especially Linked In
Content creation experience.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Microsoft suite proficiency
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Discretion and confidentiality.
