We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beauty salon. The Salon Manager will ensure the smooth running of the salon, maintain high service standards, manage staff and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen understanding of salon management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management: - Oversee day-to-day operations of the salon, ensuring all services run efficiently. - Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients and staff. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards. - Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and tracking stock levels. 2. Staff Management: - Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, including stylists, lash technicians, nail technicians, and receptionists. - Schedule staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage and manage time-off requests. - Conduct regular staff meetings to address issues, set goals, and provide feedback. - Handle staff performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and conflicts. 3. Customer Service: - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and client feedback. - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally. - Promote a positive and friendly atmosphere within the salon. 4. Sales and Marketing: - Implement and track marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. - Manage salon promotions, social media campaigns, and special offers. - Set and achieve sales targets for products and services. 5. Financial Management: - Manage the salon’s budget, including expense tracking and financial reporting. - Oversee payroll and ensure timely payment of salaries and commissions. - Work with the finance department to maintain accurate records of transactions and client billing. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a salon manager or similar role in the beauty industry. - Strong knowledge of salon services (hair, nails, lash extensions, etc.). - Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills. - Customer-focused with outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in salon management software and basic financial skills. - Ability to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment.
