We are looking for a talented and skilled Lash Artist to join our team. This is a commission-based position, ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for lash extensions and beauty services. As a Lash Artist, you will provide high-quality lash extension services, including Classic, Volume, and Hybrid sets, while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lash Application Services:
- Apply lash extensions (Classic, Volume, Hybrid) to clients following best practices and salon standards.
- Offer additional lash services such as lash lifts, tints, and removals when requested.
- Provide expert consultation to clients on lash styling, aftercare, and maintenance.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest lash trends, techniques, and products to provide the best services.
2. Customer Service:
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, ensuring each client feels comfortable, valued, and satisfied with their lashes.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare to ensure long-lasting lash retention and safety.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally, addressing any issues with care and attention.
3. Sanitation and Safety:
- Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients.
- Regularly sanitize tools and maintain cleanliness in the workstation before and after each appointment.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including patch testing when necessary.
4. Sales and Client Retention:
- Promote salon products and upsell relevant lash care items to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate client records, including service history and preferences.
5. Time Management:
- Manage appointment schedules effectively to accommodate client bookings and minimize wait times.
- Ensure punctuality for all client appointments and communicate clearly if adjustments are needed.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the salon team to create a positive and professional work environment.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for salon improvement or new services.
Commission Structure:
- Earn a percentage of revenue generated from each client service, with opportunities for higher commission rates based on performance and sales of products or additional services.
- Commission tiers may vary depending on the number of clients served, product sales, and other performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Lash Artist with a portfolio showcasing lash extension work.
- Certification in lash extensions (Classic, Volume, and Hybrid preferred).
- Strong understanding of lash application techniques, safety protocols, and aftercare.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
