Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - - Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. - Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing ongoing coaching and support. - Track and analyze sales metrics, providing regular reports to top management on performance and areas for improvement. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets. - Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals. - Facilitate ongoing training programs for the sales team to enhance skills and product knowledge. Qualifications: - BSc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields. - Minimum of 3 years sales management experience. - Strong background knowledge in Marketing, Banking, Real Estate or Insurance industry. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Proficient in basic computer operation - Smart looking and good online presence - Proficient in using business management software and tools.
