Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, including tax laws and accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP). Audit Coordination: Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring prompt and accurate submission of required documentation. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets, financial plans, and forecasts, providing strategic insights to support the company's growth and efficiency goals. Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flows to maintain optimal liquidity and minimize financial risks. Financial Controls: Establish and enforce internal controls and policies to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency. Tax Planning and Management: Prepare and file all tax returns, optimize tax liabilities, and maintain compliance with tax regulations.
