Proposal Development and Negotiation:

Partnership Development:

Customer Needs Assessment:
Work closely with the operations team to ensure that logistics solutions are tailored to meet client needs efficiently.
Regularly assess customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or customer relationship management, ideally within the logistics or transportation sector.
