Job Summary: The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role involves managing staff, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining quality standards and adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and quality standards. - Lead and coordinate the work of site staff and subcontractors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. - Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections to identify hazards and ensure a safe working environment. - Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance, ensuring cost- effectiveness and efficiency. - Develop and manage work schedules for all site activities, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. - Conduct regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise promptly. - Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve any issues. - Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, incident reports, and compliance documentation. - Identify potential issues or delays and proactively develop solutions to keep the project on track. Qualifications: - BSc or HND in construction management, building technology, civil engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience in site management, building experience or fencing project. - Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
