Develop and manage win-win relationships with channel partners (existing and new dealer/sub dealer) by design and implement a strategic sales plan for MTD products.
Planning and implementing marketing activities (ATL and BTL) in consultation with the respective Products Heads and Business Heads.
Gather information and report on competitor’s activities as well as other market intelligence data.
Achieve assigned sales and network expansion target
Entering into business relationships with micro-finance banks and other lending institutions to enable them to finance the purchase of MTD solutions.
Communication of targets and incentive plans to channel partners and field sales personnel.
Managing and impacting product knowledge to channel partners and field sales personnel.
Preparing business proposals in consultation with the respective product/business head.
Reporting on successes and taking corrective actions to overcome areas of weaknesses.
Preparation of monthly sales forecast in consultation with the business head.
Proper planning and distribution of inventories and avoiding flood and famine situation and adhering to company policy of no credit sales.
Carry out any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
