The Restaurant Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for managing the front desk team, ensuring excellent guest service, and overseeing reservations and guest inquiries.

Responsibilities
Supervise front desk operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries.
Train and manage front desk staff to maintain a high standard of customer service.
Maintain records of reservations, guest preferences, and any feedback.
Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Ensure accurate communication between the front desk and kitchen for smooth operations.
Address guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Prepare reports on guest satisfaction, front desk performance, and operational challenges.
Requirements
3- 5 years of proven experience in a front desk or guest service supervisory role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle a busy environment and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-focused approach.
Familiarity with reservation systems and front desk operations software.
