Operations Manager About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and managing maintenance tasks. Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling staff, overseeing cleaning and maintenance tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene: Enforce strict hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Staff Management: Manage and supervise the cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
