Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and managing maintenance tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and managing maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage daily operations, including scheduling staff, overseeing cleaning and maintenance tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Maintain High Standards of Cleanliness and Hygiene: Enforce strict hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels for cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair work, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Staff Management: Manage and supervise the cleaning and maintenance staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
