Human Resources Assistant About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance evaluations.
Process payroll and benefits administration.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Assist with employee relations and resolving employee concerns.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
Minimum of National Diploma
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
