We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Business Integration Support to join our team. Academic Qualification : University degree/Higher National Diploma in any Discipline Professional Certifications : Microsoft Office applications certifications is an added advantage Document Control Platforms (Added advantage):
Experience with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word and others)
Minimum of 12 months hands on experience with usage of specialized document control Applications such as Shell Information Management System (SIMS), Share Point, External Stakeholder Interface Management System (ESIMS).
Clear Understanding of Shell correspondence policies and managing of Shell correspondences with at least 12month experience with a team handling Shell correspondences

Strong organizational skills essential
Work Experience Minimum of 7 years of work experience – Experience in Oil & Gas is a plus. Leadership Skills
Experience and Working Knowledge of Corporate Document filing and controls.

Principal Accountabilities:
Support the team to obtain all required statutory permits and approvals to implement the approved SPDC work programme.
Monitor the BCMS tool and all Regulatory Compliance tools to ensure Permits and Consents registers are up to date and applications are processed timely.
Secure timely regulatory approvals to ensure SPDC’s compliance status for all SPDC operations/assets such as: FDP approvals, Environmental Permits, EIA approvals, Well Proposals, from Regulatory bodies by providing prompt feedback on queries and request for information/data to facilitate processing submissions.
Ensure continued reputation management and establish effective interface management to promote SPDC Business objectives.
Negotiate specific licenses, permits and consent approvals.
Contribute work information into the Issues Compilation, Monitoring and Closeout system. · Ensure Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports are regularly and promptly delivered to Regulatory bodies as required.
Maintain continuous overview of status of submissions to NUPRC, NMDPRA and other related regulatory agencies and facilitate Approvals.
Provide periodic feedback on New Guidelines, Regulations’ implementation.
Drive closeout of all queries and requests from NUPRC, NMDPRA and other Regulatory bodies.
Contribute to SPDC Competitive Intelligence and Best Practices network.
Co-ordinate multidisciplinary responses required by Government or their agencies (regulators) on permit and consent matters.
Work Schedule:
The work location is mostly office based. However, there will be periodical external engagements to support Governance process/other stakeholder management activities.
Personnel shall manage own absences with his/her contractor for suitable qualified covers, as approved by Client.
