Hotel rate loading, finance collections, and general admin tasks

Ad hoc tasks, file management, scheduling and calendar management, employee invoicing reminders, internal comms, email inbox management and client communications

Travel booking, restaurant booking, coordinating travel logistics for team members and clients

Serve as a contact between employees, clients, and external partners (client scheduling, questions, etc.)

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, reports, and other documents

Coordinate meetings, set agendas, take minutes, and prepare follow-ups/action items

Perform other ad-hoc tasks with limited instruction as needed

Build and maintain SOPs as needed

Assist with finance tracking and collections

Assist with project management (track deadlines/milestones and coordinate to ensure success)
