This is a remote position.
We're seeking an experienced Paid Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize our Facebook ad campaigns, driving business growth through targeted marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and analyzing successful campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest advertising technologies.
Core Tasks:

Design, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook.

Research, monitor, and post in relevant Facebook groups.

Monitor budget allocation and performance of all paid ad campaigns.

Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights.

Provide basic reporting on campaign performance as needed.

Collaborate with the design team for assets to leverage an A/B test in campaigns.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
Must-Have:

3+ years managing paid ads campaigns on Meta.

Familiarity with ad targeting and segmentation techniques.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communications.
Ability to work EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Nice-to-Have:

Experience using AI software to create images using prompts (Midjourney preferred).
- Certifications in Meta Ads.
