Our client, a respected Microfinance Institution, is currently seeking to fill the vacancies for the positions of Loan Officer. Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and process loan applications in a timely and efficient manner
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs
Meet or exceed performance targets and sales goals
Provide excellent customer service and guidance to borrowers throughout the loan process
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of working experience in any sector of the economy
Age: 30 years and above
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a performance-driven environment
Minimum of OND
