FORT KNOX OUTSOURCING - Our client, a Leading Commercial Bank (with offices on 3 continents), is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:
JOB TITLE: TEAM MANAGER (SME Loans)
JOB PAY: N400,000 net + other benefits
JOB LOCATION: Ibadan, Oyo State
JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Responsibilities
The team manager remains responsible for the portfolio activities of his/her team from promotion, loan assessment, disbursement collection and complete recovery. He/she is also responsible for having a good relationship with clients and encouraging them to buy all the products they are qualified for.
REQUIRED SKILLS
· Excellent coaching and leadership skills
· High Integrity
· Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures.
EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE
· University degree in Business Administration, Management or General Economics
· Minimum of 5 years experience.
· Relevant experience as a Manager in a Microfinance Bank
· Socially and emotionally aware.
· Excellent knowledge of loan application procedures.
· Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work with complicated financial data.
· Demonstrable knowledge of credit risk analysis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦400,000.00 per month
