As our Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and effective Communication between the company and its clients.
This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing client satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and acting as the main point of contact during the interim period.
The position requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills to ensure the client relations department continues to function efficiently during the interim period.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
Assist clients with property inquiries, viewing schedules, and follow-up on requests.
Handle customer complaints or issues and provide resolutions in a timely and
Develop, write, and edit communication materials for the client relations department, including reports, newsletters, FAQs, and internal briefs.
Requirements
Must be currently serving in the NYSC program.
A degree in any relevant field (preferably Business, Marketing, or Real Estate-related fields).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
