Job Description
Assist the Department to Sell the brand by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective clients.
Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance on our HMO services.
Identifying product/service improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Build and maintain professional relationships with customer organizations (external and internal)
To ensure patient care conforms with individual HMO/NHIS requirements/policies.
Ensure completion of all documentation for HMOs and the timely submission of bills.
Requirements
BSc / HND Business Administration, Marketing, and other related fields
0 - 1 year of relevant work experience.
Candidate must possess the following skills - Continuous improvement mindset, a self-starter
Good comprehension of marketing strategies
Goal-oriented
Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
