Job Description
We are seeking to hire a graduate trainee with a first degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Transport Management to join their team.
The Idea candidate must be an enthusiastic self starter.
Must be available to resume immediately.
Responsibilities
Participating in meetings, workshops, and team-building events.
Data Wiz: Analyse logistics data, handle documentation & filing, and manage inventory.
Team Support: Assist with dispatch planning, conduct fleet routine checks, and oversee maintenance.
Stay Organized: Keep logistics records accurate and up-to-date.
Taking notes on experiences and keeping a log of things learned.
Compiling reports and making presentations
Analysing existing systems and offering new ideas for improvement.
Conducting research and assisting the Manager or Supervisor wherever possible.
Completing fieldwork or visiting different work sites when required.
Upholding the good name of the company at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements
First Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics or Transport Management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent research abilities and a willingness to grow.
A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word – all the essentials).
Great organizational skills and attention to detail.
A team player with a strong desire to learn and grow.
