Bons Industries Limited is a reputable food processing company is looking for the service of an experienced and professional food scientist that can formulate multiple spices for our food processing company. We are recruiting to fill the following positions below: 1.)Production Manager Job Location: Enugu

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise production personnel to ensure that all production targets are met or exceeded
Develop and implement production schedules to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Implement and maintain continuous improvement programs to increase production efficiency
Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that production requirements are met.
Daily interaction with manufacturing teams to assist with escalated issues and to ensure adherence to production schedules.
Create and oversee budgets for each production area.
Identify operational risks such as single point failures, inadequate tooling/equipment, capacity limitations, etc. then develop and implement mitigation plans.
Requirements
Qualification: B.Sc / HND qualification in Food Science & Technology & other related Disciplines with minimum of 5 years of cognitive experience gained from a Food Processing Company. Other qualifications, will be an added advantage.
Skills
Knowledge of Computer, Exceptional creativity & innovation, Excellent time management & organizational, Accuracy & attention to detail.
An understanding of the latest trends & their role within a commercial environment, Analytical, Mathematical, Knowledge of Chemistry, etc.
Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.

To make necessary repairs
To monitor the quality of incoming & outgoing products & examine manufacturing process & operational techniques.
Job Qualifications
Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Microbiology, Chemical Engineering & other related disciplines with minimum of 3 years of cognitive experience.
Interested candidates must have worked in a food processing company & must be computer literate.
Professional certificates and Post-graduate degrees will be an added advantage.

N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
