- We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills; focused, diligent, and with a solid foundation in financial accounting.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts and financial statements.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable.
- Develop and manage budgets, tracking financial performance.
- Perform cost analysis and assist in pricing strategy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and prepare tax filings.
- First Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Three (3) years of relevant experience minimum in the agricultural sector.
- ICAN, ACCA other relevant professional certificates would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software and basic office tools.

- Manage and build high-performance teams across departments, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Analyze and interpret data to guide decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in executive or senior management within a corporate environment.
- Proven proficiency in business development and management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
