Job Title: Learning & Development Officer (FMCG) Work Mode: Day & Onsite Location: Ogun State Responsibilities: - Organizing training materials and training programs, as well as ensuring that the costs of planned programs don't exceed the provided budget.
Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, work with department managers to assess training and development needs and provide management with trainees’ program reports.
Assisting with the design of training materials for existing employees and new hires, as well as resolving any training-related issues that may arise.
Researching new HR technologies and training software solutions, and expected to stay up to date with the latest developments and news in the Human Resources field.
Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company. Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver results.
Skills/ Requirement:
First degree or is equivalent in Business administration or any other relevant discipline.
Professional certification in HR Management e.g. CIPM, SPHR, CIPD, etc. will be an advantage. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in learning and development Experience in a manufacturing and FMCG is an added advantage.
