Join our team as a Learning & Development Trainer
Position Overview:
Mango 5 is looking for a Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. The role involves delivering training to our staff in a fast-paced BPO environment. You'll ensure new hires are well-prepared for their roles and help existing employees with ongoing development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess employee performance to identify skill gaps create training programs to address these gaps Prepare materials for training sessions onboarding programs for new hires Conduct surveys to measure training effectiveness stay updated on new teaching methods Preferably certified as a facilitator, assessor, or moderator
- 2+ years experience in training or similar roles, preferably in an international call center
- Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to spot skill gaps and organize training accordingly
- Familiarity with various teaching methods
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to work rotational shifts (USA, UK & RSA)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating shifts 09:00 – 18:00, 10:00 – 19:00, 14:00 – 23:00, and 15:00 – 00:00
- Dynamic Holiday Roster
