Learning and Development Specialist to organize and manage training programs and materials within budgetary limits.
The role involves collaborating with department managers to assess training needs, design effective training materials, and monitor trainee progress.
The ideal candidate will stay updated with the latest HR technologies and trends, identify company-wide training needs, and ensure that programs deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Organize and manage training programs and materials within the provided budget.
Monitor, evaluate, and report on trainee progress to management.
Assist in designing training materials for both existing employees and new hires.
Research and implement new HR technologies and training software solutions.
Collaborate with department managers to identify and meet the training needs of all departments.
Requirements
First degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development.
Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SPHR, CIPD) is an advantage.
Experience in the manufacturing and FMCG sectors is highly desirable.
Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
