Stunna Consults-Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with our business objectives and foster a positive and productive work environment. The Candidate: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and organizational development. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offers
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and develop action plans
Manage employee complaints and grievances
Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Identify training and development needs
Develop and implement succession planning programs
Develop and implement HR strategic plans aligned with business objectives
Analyze HR metrics and develop recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement business strategies
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Professional certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management
Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
