Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Photocopier Maintenance Technician to join our team in Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of photocopying machines and office equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair issues with photocopying machines and other office equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing on all machines to prevent breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to service requests and ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Maintain records of repairs, parts used, and equipment status.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on the proper handling and care of photocopiers.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and coordinate with suppliers when ordering new parts or equipment.
- Proven experience as a Photocopier Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of photocopying machines and office equipment brands and models.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair technical issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Good record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
