Photocopier Engineer
Our Client, a corporate technology solutions provider to lease, sell, service/maintain office equipment and deploy office solutions to corporate bodies nationwide seeks to employ Photocopier Engineers in Lagos and Onitsha.

Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
Experience:
Job Description
- Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, and copier management software.
- Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, printers, and fax machines.
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning printers and copiers.
- Managing orders and inventory of new parts.
- Respond to customer service requests for the repair of business equipment.
- Carry out fault diagnosis and establish effective repairs through adjustment cleaning or replacement of spare parts.
- Work with colleagues to help overcome new or unusual faults.
- Invoke the call escalation process in a timely manner.
- Managing schedules and customer emergencies.
- A minimum of BSc/HND in computer engineering, computer science, electronics, or any related field.
- He must have good knowledge of sharp, Hp photocopiers , papercut and myq
- Good customer satisfaction record.
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in a customer service engineer role or similar position, preferably in photocopiers,
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
