Marketer

Our client in the real estate industry seeks to hire a dynamic and results-driven Marketer to join their growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that will drive property sales, attract new clients, and enhance the brand presence in the market.
Job Title: Marketer
Job Type: Full Time / On-Site
Location: Rumuobioakani, PH
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for real estate properties, targeting potential buyers and investors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
​• Minimum of OND in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years prior experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative mindset with a results-oriented approach
  • Ability to meet given targets
