We specialize in assisting individuals from diverse industries in obtaining formal recognition for their skills and experiences through RPL assessments. We are expanding our presence to Nigeria. Hence, we seek a vibrant, experienced, and creative social media/digital marketing professional to join our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales results. The job responsibilities include:
Create captivating and converting content for our social media pages
Schedule/publish social media posts; feeds and stories - Instagram, Facebook, and Linked In
Capture content materials during virtual and physical events such as training sessions, on-site consultations, etc.
Create and edit videos (to add captions, brightness, etc.) for social media reels
Community management - engage conversations in the comments section and DM
Strategic commenting - comment strategically on relevant posts and hubs to drive brand visibility and engagement on social media
Develop persuasive and engaging marketing copies and graphics designs to promote the company's services and offers
Plan, execute, and moderate events such as live sessions, service showcases, client features, etc.
Set up and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media to reach new audience and attract and convert leads
Respond to customers' inquiries and interactions via DM
Requirements: To be an ideal candidate for this role, you must possess:
A Bachelor’s degree, HND or OND certificate
At least 2 years of relevant previous experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or content marketing with a track record of success
Experience and knowledge of current digital trends and social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, etc.
Be self-motivated, extremely organized, and able to efficiently manage time and priorities effectively
Be passionate and dedicated to assisting in promoting the business towards increasing sales, profit, and revenue
Must reside in Ibadan, proximity to Bodija is highly preferred
Must be willing to work onsite 2 days a week
Skills:
Graphic design - Canva and similar software/apps
Basic phone photography and videography
Video editing - Inshot, Cap Cut, etc.
Business writing and interpersonal relations
Good customer relations
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Camera-confidence - create videos to promote the company’s services and offers
Work Structure: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM - Onsite standard work hours are (to align with Australian standard hours) from 10.00 PM – 8.00 AM on selected days *Location - Adeyi Avenue, Bodija, Ibadan *Training: 1 month with an allowance of 40, 000 Naira Salary: 80, 000 Naira/month *Probation: 3 months Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₦80,000.00 per month
