Performance Management: Lead performance reviews and address performance issues.
Policy Development and Compliance: Ensure HR policies are compliant with labor laws and regulations.
Training and Development: Organize training programs and support employee growth.
Compensation and Benefits: Oversee payroll and manage benefits programs.
HR Data and Reporting: Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
5+ years in HR.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, communication skills, and HR software proficient.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
