Job Role: Head Of Sales-Energy Business( IT solutions for the Energy/Oil & Gas sector) Location: Lagos Salary: Negotiable Job Summary: This role is responsible for achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets on a quarterly and yearly basis, with a strong understanding of IT solutions and the BFSI industry. The candidate must engage with CIOs/CTOs to build trust and ensure timely delivery of technical and commercial commitments. They will lead a team of IT sales professionals, driving industry reach and closing large deals to meet targets. Job Responsibilities: Achieve quarterly and yearly business unit targets. Create and implement growth strategies. Expand Manifold’s presence in Energy/Oil & Gas sectors both vertically and horizontally. Foster C-level engagement in key accounts. Lead and close large deals. Set clear business objectives and manage budgets for the Energy Business Unit. Build and manage a strategic IT sales team. Drive research on industry-leading solutions and OEMs. Ensure high customer satisfaction and manage NPS. Requirements: Strong knowledge of IT solutions for the Energy/Oil & Gas sector. Extensive network in the Energy industry (Nigeria or abroad) with C-level connections. MBA in Sales & Marketing. 12+ years of sales experience in the technology sector, particularly in Energy.
