Key Responsibilities

Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.

Performance Management: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success.
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential risks.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in operations leadership, with a proven track record of success.
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and risk management.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
