Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite Continental dishes, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage a high-performing kitchen in an outdoor setting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Menu Development: - Design and continuously refine a creative and upscale menu that highlights classic and contemporary Continental dishes. - Introduce seasonal specials and new menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences. 2. Kitchen Management: - Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and service. - Ensure the kitchen is efficiently organized, stocked, and complies with health and safety regulations. - Manage inventory, order supplies, and work within budget constraints. 3. Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-energy work environment. - Develop schedules and monitor staffing levels to ensure seamless kitchen operations during service hours. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. 4.
