Head Investment Marketer

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to join our team as the Head of Investment Marketing. This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving our investment strategies to deliver exceptional value to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the investment and asset management teams, ensuring alignment with our overall strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive investment strategies that maximize returns while minimizing risk.
  • Oversee the management of diversified investment portfolios, including equities, fixed income, real estate, and alternative investments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and investment partners to enhance business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights that inform strategic investment decisions.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative financial products and services.
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus).
  • Up to 8 years of experience in investment and asset management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Must have an experience from asset management, pension custodian, mortgage bank
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset management principles.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex financial environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance management.
