Managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage and convert leads to customers.
Optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Developing and overseeing the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on up-selling products to partner’s customers, reducing churn and increasing CLV.
Developing a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the social media, product, and design teams.
Creating brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging with existing audiences
Staying on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
Leveraging analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance/optimize the company’s marketing efforts.
Ensuring the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously optimized to provide a great user experience.
Compiling performance reports to brief executive leadership on growth marketing initiatives and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 6 years of experience in a marketing or growth role.
Strong growth track record with samples and results of past campaigns.
Expertise with SEO and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, and Semrush.
An expert in digital marketing with prior experience in B2C product sales.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, Engage, Sprout (or other social media management systems).
