Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Identify product gaps and new opportunities to improve customer experience, grow market share, and drive user growth.
Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with product strategy.
Monitor and assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform product development decisions.
Ensure products meet quality, accessibility, and WCAG standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline. Experience.
4+ years’ experience in product management.
Prior experience working with UI design systems, supporting accessibility and WCAG.
Capacity to work and manage cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering products and features in a timely fashion with high quality.
Strong problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbally, Impeccable attention to detail and inquisitive mindset.
Must be able to create detailed user stories / acceptance criteria for new product features (functional and non functional), discuss product requirements with the wider engineering team.
Must be able to identify product gaps and generate new ideas that can grow our market share, improve customer experience and drive overall user growth going forward.
A clear grasp on how to digest technical explanations from the engineering team and how these feed into the overall product roadmap.
