Product Manager
- Define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features, enhancements, and launches on time and within scope.
- Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to release, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify product gaps and new opportunities to improve customer experience, grow market share, and drive user growth.
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with product strategy.
- Monitor and assess market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to inform product development decisions.
- Ensure products meet quality, accessibility, and WCAG standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline. Experience.
- 4+ years’ experience in product management.
- Prior experience working with UI design systems, supporting accessibility and WCAG.
- Capacity to work and manage cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering products and features in a timely fashion with high quality.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills, both written and verbally, Impeccable attention to detail and inquisitive mindset.
- Must be able to create detailed user stories / acceptance criteria for new product features (functional and non functional), discuss product requirements with the wider engineering team.
- Must be able to identify product gaps and generate new ideas that can grow our market share, improve customer experience and drive overall user growth going forward.
- A clear grasp on how to digest technical explanations from the engineering team and how these feed into the overall product roadmap.
