Job Title: Marketing & Growth Manager Location: Lagos (Remote) Salary: ₦250,000 per month Sector: Education (Study Abroad) Job Summary: As the Marketing and Growth Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of our marketing strategy aimed at enhancing student recruitment and increasing brand visibility. Your focus will be on creating impactful marketing campaigns to engage prospective students and establishing strategic partnerships to drive our expansion in the study abroad sector. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy Development & Implementation Design and implement a strategic marketing plan to boost student recruitment across digital and offline channels. Lead and manage all marketing campaigns, including content creation, event promotion, and advertising efforts. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the recruitment process. Partnerships & Market Expansion Build and maintain relationships with key partners, such as schools and education agents, to drive growth and broaden market reach. Represent the company at industry events, education fairs, and webinars to promote partnership opportunities and recruitment initiatives. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth. Collaborate with other departments, including admissions, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the marketing team to drive performance and meet targets. Budget Management Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that achieve a high return on investment. Track, evaluate, and report on all marketing and growth activities, providing insights and recommendations to the CEO/Country Director. Event Management & Community Engagement Organize promotional events and webinars for prospective students and parents, both in-person and virtually. Engage with student and parent communities through on-ground events and partnerships with schools to build trust and brand loyalty. Qualifications: Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with growth objectives. Creativity: Innovative approach to content creation, campaign development, and community engagement. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust strategies in response to industry changes.
