Responsibilities: 1. Greeting guests: Welcoming guests with a friendly and warm attitude when they arrive at the front desk. 2. Check-in and check-out: Efficiently handling the check-in and check-out process, including verifying identification, collecting payment, and providing necessary information. 3. Guest assistance: Being available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or issues that guests may have during their stay. 4. Reservations management: Handling reservations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. 5. Communication: Maintaining clear and effective communication with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. 6. Problem-solving: Resolving guest complaints or issues promptly and finding appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction. 7. Knowledge of amenities: Being knowledgeable about the property's amenities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively. 8. Security and safety: Monitoring the property, ensuring the safety and security of guests, and following established protocols.
