The position: In this role, the finance and accounting intern will support the Finance team and be responsible for supporting the spectrum of work in this department.
Provides support to finance team projects implementation, guaranteeing quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

We are seeking interns with strong skills in reporting and analytics and working knowledge in Excel to contribute to the different businesses across the company. Interns will gain insight and knowledge of the industry by way of practical work experience, such as preparing budgets, forecasting, creating various models, and exposure to various facets of the business.
Assist in project financial and human resource management.
Supports follow-up on project financial auditing issues
Assist with reports, documents and different forms of media output.
Support proposal development efforts
Be based in Lagos
Work on other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or economics required.
Strong expertise in excel.
Robust experience with modelling preferred.
Positive, go-getter attitude required with integrity
Excellent research and analytical abilities and quantitative skills;
Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
High levels of organization and attention to detail;
Sound judgment and initiative and strong work ethic;
Ability to multi-task and function in an ever-changing, fast paced startup environment;
