• Accounting & Financial Management:
• Ecommerce Management

• Team Coordination
• Monitor and Manage accurate financial records, including transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Oversee financial calculations, ensuring accuracy in transactions, balances, and financial reporting.
• Monitor and manage ecommerce operations, including payment processing, order management, and customer transactions.
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Operate and maintain back office systems and tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
• Coordinate with IT and technical support to address and resolve any system issues or outages.
• Ensure all back office operations comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive financial data and transactions
• Work closely with other departments, including finance and IT, to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Work closely for implementing new features in the system with the IT department.

• BSc in any related field
• 3-5 years of experience
