We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Initiate and propose strategic plan for factory operations in the Company, define critical success factors, and ensure achievement of vision/targets after Board approval by setting and maintaining correct organizational focus.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity, standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
Translate broad objectives to specific goals for various functional units, resulting in effective and efficient implementation plans for factory operations.
Ensure preparation of Operations Budget in line with developmental goals to maintain consistency in profitability and growth for the Company.
Implement and maintain factory operations strategies to deliver customer service objectives, working functionally with Project Management/Commercial.
Drive initiatives to optimize production processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Mentor and develop team members to enhance skills and performance.
Production Planning and Scheduling:
Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand and inventory targets.
Optimize resource utilization and production schedules for efficiency.
Quality Control and Assurance:
Implement and enforce robust quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve quality issues.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
Implement safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Resource Management:
Optimize the use of labor, machinery, and materials to achieve production goals.
Monitor and manage operational costs within budget constraints.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
Communicate operational updates and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Budget Management:
Assist in developing and managing the operations budget.
Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
Technology Integration:
Identify and integrate technological advancements to improve manufacturing processes.
Explore opportunities for automation and digitalization in plant operations.
Customer Focus:
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer requirements and ensure on-time delivery of quality products.
Project Management:
Lead and oversee key operational projects, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of project goals.
