Job Description
The Factory Admin Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the factory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing administrative staff, and supporting the smooth functioning of all factory operations.
Responsibilities
Administrative Management:
Oversee daily administrative operations of the factory.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative support.
Maintain accurate records of factory activities and employee data.
Staff Coordination:
Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Operational Support:
Assist the Factory Manager in planning and executing production schedules.
Monitor and report on factory performance metrics.
Facilitate communication between management and factory staff.
Health and Safety:
Implement and maintain health and safety policies.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
Financial Oversight:
Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
Monitor and report on financial activities related to factory operations.
Ensure timely processing of invoices, payroll, and other financial transactions.
Customer and Vendor Relations:
Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a lead in an administrative role within a manufacturing or food processing environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Leadership skills with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
