Trade Marketing Executive
- The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor analysis and be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans to support the business' sales objectives and brand strategies.
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans to support sales objectives and brand strategies.
- Plan and implement in-store promotions, displays, and other merchandising activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align trade marketing activities with overall brand campaigns and objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on trade marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create tailored trade programs and promotional materials for key accounts.
- Monitor and analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization of trade marketing efforts.
- Manage relationships with retailers and distributors to ensure optimal product placement and visibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in trade marketing, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing trade marketing plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and other business needs.
